Make sure your steerer stays tight. This is especially important with carbon, but also aluminium, steerer tubes, and easy to do with this BBB PowerHead Steerer Expander. It replaces the traditional star-nut set up with a more substantial knurled alloy expander bung that applies even force to the inside of the steerer tube. Compatible with all aluminium and carbon 1 1/8″ forks.
